  22. no it doesnt. if you want flash rom you can either get the more expensive
  23. dsvd model or a regular courier. the rom upgrades for patches/bug fixes
  24. are free, but usr sometimes takes long to ship. the upgrades (from like
  25. 28 to 33) are about 25 bucks.

  27. if you are running pcboard and a sysop.. just dont buy any of the sportster
  28. models and go straight for the courier model on the usr sysop program
