- no it doesnt. if you want flash rom you can either get the more expensive
- dsvd model or a regular courier. the rom upgrades for patches/bug fixes
- are free, but usr sometimes takes long to ship. the upgrades (from like
- 28 to 33) are about 25 bucks.

- if you are running pcboard and a sysop.. just dont buy any of the sportster
- models and go straight for the courier model on the usr sysop program
